Chilli Padi BBQ 05/06/07
Company Chalet!So exciting and been looking forward to this day when i can truly play since the holidays started~ morning everybody went to work as usual.hahahaha...and i wore shorts to office even...me, stephanie, bao wen and aunt went to check in first at ard 3.30pm. the rest of the chefs they only came at 4+. Then the activities started. First the food for the bbq arrived. We ordered from ezb(sort of my recommendation.hahaz) while the rest of the food is from our own kitchen.Then Ah De Uncle went to start the fire first cos he said so dat by the time we came bck we can start bbq-ing. We wanted to rent bicycles to cycle but then when we reached the koisk it was already closed!The person said 5pm they closed alr...kanasai...so in the end me ,steph, baowen, ah de,ah fu and ah weng went to stroll at the beach. and we took a lot of lame photos...
After that we went bck to the chalet and start our feast! It's SO GOOD to have so many chefs at a bbq...whahahaha!so mostly the chefs were bbq-ing the food for us. i was saying the eveyday have to do a lot of cooking come for chalet not sick of cooking =P I ate a lot a lot of food! and the fondue was so damn nice. Aunt did not bring the fondue machine as planned cos it's very troublesome but she still brought the whole bag of fondue chocolate. We dipped strawberries, kiwi, and A LOT of marshmallows...oh man...and my xiao shu really noe how to bbq marshmallows! he taught us how to bbq till the outside is crispy and not yet burnt. i can still relish the taste now...
After we ate till very full, we went bowling! First time i bowl! Usually i dun like to try new stuff but since it's chalet i decided to give it a try. My uncle and Ah De taught us girls the correct way to throw and aim. and i strike twice! By the time of the last game most of their arms were already aching but i was like super high cos i came to like bowling even though sometimes my ball go into the longkang.haha~ Truly enjoyed myself =D
Oh and Siw Eng Auntie brought her granddaughter too! She's the most adorable and active girl i'd ever came across!She brought a lot of entertainment to us too~
Next time...i shall stay overnight for the chalet V('_;)
