bleah...nth interesting to blog about. work also nth interesting. Will be working this weekends (Sat & Sun) and probably next weekend as well. My cousin's event. Yes. My cousin working in NTUC Club as event manager and my company is her company's partner. Sort of like preferred caterer la. Then this weekend gt PAP event and next wk got free health screening for the public above 55 yrs old. So my dear cousin you want to pay me OT ma? kekeke~ Anw you have been very busy with your events also and with your studies coming hope you will take care of yourself. Yay tmr gg shopping with you.
This cousin of mine we're pretty close when we're young cos we're taken care of by our aunt and we go to her house everyday after sch. We stayed very close to each other. We used to play barbie dolls and display all the furniture set in the bedroom floor. Then we have roles, like Kelly is always the eldest sister and she usually will have 2 roles - eldest sis and husband. lol! then I will be second sis and Kelly's sis, my another cousin is the youngest sis. AND I remembered there was once we asked my bro to play with us. Then he dun wan to play with the dolls, so he just be the dog of the house! I mean there wasn't any toy dog so he himself is the dog. Which is why until now we always call my bro "Ah Gow". HAHAHA!!!
Then another thing which we used to play is we will display all our clothes using my aunt's bamboos and hangers in the bedroom, pretending that we're the owners of a boutique with roles ranging from cashier, salesperson and customers. Then we will also take the paper/nice plastic bags from the storeroom and the pack those clothes for the "customers" and after the customers left, they will strangely "return" the clothes back to us so that we can put them up for sale again. LOL!
Those were the times...
Now everyone is busying leading their own lives and i seldom keep in touch with cousins from my mum's side. Only those whom were taken care of by my aunt, we're the closer ones. I'm glad I had gotten closer to this cousin of mine, to understand what is happening in each other's family. Btw my aunt and uncle only stay like 7 mins walk away from my hse. But then only my mum will go over to my uncle's place sometimes to chit chat, not to mention my aunt since she stayed only opp block from my uncle, but i seldom go over. Nowadays I go over is cos of work. haha. cos my uncle is my company's supplier - printing services. So whenever we need to print flyers and stuff we will approach him. It's also then I got the chance to talk to Kelly. Furthermore both of us will be helping out with my cousin's wedding next yr. Kelly's experience in events management is put in great use. Next yr we have 3 of our cousins' wedding to attend. Hope everything goes well.
