haha! our express macarons baking session was a great success! Except that the lemon filling we do not have enough time to chill it overnight, the crust was great, crispy with the sticky texture.
and i came home and told my mum i wan to buy an oven. and she allowed! whoohoo! And then i showed her the picture of the macarons we made. Cos i told her yest that I'm gg over to fren's hse to bake cake, cos i dunno how to say macarons in chinese. lol! Then i showed her the picture and she said how come nv bring back let her eat. haha~ oh please, we only had 2 each...
today's session made me wan to bake different colors and flavors next time.
hey girls! we should every few mths set aside some day for baking or cooking...how abt a picnic???
