26th Jan, Sat:
I went to meet up with Pei Ni, Hui Ping and Ee Ling for breakfast at Cartel. Pei Ni had gotten a job and she wanted to treat us but in the end we din wan her to pay since she haven even gotten her salary yet.
After dat i rush to my grandma's place for some ritual stuff that my second uncle arranged for my grandma's afterdeath. My mum forgot to tell me that we have to wear red. In the end i couldn't join in the ritual and so i left, whh means i cld make it for my jc class bbq. If not the ritual thing is gg to take up the whole day! I really dun understand why my uncle wans to waste his money. Last yr the big ritual whh lasted for 3 days 3 nights alr costs $50K! then this time it's also in the thousands...
So i went to gq's hse at woodlands where we'll be having the bbq. me, eunice, thomas and gq went to the sheng siong supermarket near the JB Causeway dere to do some, no, all the shopping. The two birthday- boys- cum -hosts damn funny. During the holidays we met up too and they said they wan to organise a gathering to celebrate their bdaes. Not really to celebrate but more of to get tgt. Then we din receive any news frm them. They assume we all noe and it's only until Fri then i receive eunice's msg that we hav a gathering. eunice asked them if they gt inform anyone and they said 'no'. pengz... haha...so no choice but to do the shopping on our own. If they let us noe earlier i wld have get them to order from ezb =P We bought sotong and chicken wing... the usual bbq stuff. The thing is...we have to peel the sotong skin and remove all the slimy and yucky intestines and gall of the sotong. Then eunice made potato salad. The chicken wings were still frozen and we had a hard time removing them one by one. All in all, gq's kitchen was in a chaos. We reach gq's hse from sheng siong at ard 6.30 and we finished marinating and stuff at 7.30 or 8. Then the next suay thing is we bought the lousy quality charcoal. Alr threw in a lot of fire starters but the charcoal wouldn't burn! We took 2hrs to wait for it to burn so by the time we ate it was 10pm and me and vineson left early. But i must say the chicken wings eunice marinated was nice =) The class attendance was good. only 3 pple cannot make it. I love my jc class.

What i like about cca is the bonds you formed with ur team. There were ups and downs but still dance is gg to form the largest memory of my NUS life because once u r in uni its pretty hard for u to make really close frens since most of the time we dun attend tutorials tgt and it's hi-bye relationship with ur project mates. Every time after our practices ended most of us will take hong sheng's car to Buangkok mrt. AND THEN...we'll sing in his car as though we're at ktv and he's thinking of installing a karaoke system in his van. lol! yeah...cheap avenue if we wan to go ktv. and Mao will never fail to entertain us =P Jia you for 4th Feb and Musical peeps!
